Could we have any more Tire threads?

I counted no less than 8 threads on tires just on the first page of the forum and many of those have to do with the same tire.

Now you know why we keep asking people to use the search function. And some members have really responded -- we're seeing lots of older threads being resurrected with new information and questions.

haha, I remember when I started asking people to search. A lot of the people took offense like I was telling them they were an idiot or something. A lot of information is already available on the forums it's all a matter of looking for it. I understand that the search function doesn't always return what we want, but some creative key words make a difference.

Gotta laugh when someone asks "What's the best tire" and they give absolutely no driving habit info. You end up with someone in Vermont or North Dakoda recommending an extremely agressive tread to someone with a grocery getter in Boca Raton, Florida! For tires I have found the buyer rating on TireRack to be a value -- if taken with a grain of salt. Yup amazes me how much info can be found with Search on the Forum or even a web wide Google search. Just remember "Free advice is worth what you pay for it."

Sharp...they really are just idiots. Its just plain laziness.

I must admit even I started a thread on which tire to buy:

That was 3 years ago, I guess we have quite a few tire threads out there. Maybe some can use the search function or add to old threads, but I suspect we will keep adding new tire threads. I am not quite sure what I will get for my next set of tires and I will probably read a bunch of these threads and I will try and not start a new one when it comes time to buy another set.
