***Cracked Dashboard Action Request***

My 2005 had no cracks at all until a few months ago. Now one runs all the way from the left side front edge all the way across the instrument panel, near the center speaker, and near the right A/C vent.
They start in a hurry and take over !

I always recommend Aerospace 303 for vinyl, plastic, rubber. Congrats to all that got a new dash, must give you a good feeling to hop in the truck and see a purty dash.

I'm pulling my head unit and tucking my mods away, but dayum!! Nice!
So, if I were to buy a used 4runner now that had dash cracks I could not get the dash fixed? I just drove one and saw that the dash had cracks on the passenger side near the center console.

I'm going to sit here and pout thinking "must be nice" to all you that got new dashboards... Even though Toyota verified my VIN was included, two dealerships flat out turned me away and said that I didn't qualify.

I'd buy it if you like it, put a cover in the dash, and hop onto the lawsuit linked above.
But yes. The extended warranty period is over as of May 31, 2017.

Ordered my dash at Elmore Toyota in Southern Cali in September of last year, got it installed last week.
went in yesterday for the dash request. I have a small ~1" crack by the drivers door that you cant see unless you open the door. The dealer said a cracks a crack so its getting replaced
Got my call on Tuesday, 5 days after I went in for inspection, that my dash was in. Gotta pull my head unit this weekend and get the new dash installed Monday!
I was fully prepared to wait 6 months on this, but I think since the deadline is up theyre wanting to get this over and done with.

Got mine put in last month. Had to take 'er back cuz they forgot to reconnect the light sensor for the auto-headlights. Offered me a free oil change for the trouble, but I declined since I do my own easy changes (Fumoto drain valve). So I asked for $40 off a full coolant flush instead.
So I missed the deadline and dont have any cracks anyway.
Any suggestions on how to keep it this way. Would a dash cover/ mat help.
Also anyone ever find out what vinyl treatment is the best or safe to use.

A car wash place put something on the dash of a car I had years ago. Shiny, and would not come off no matter what I used on it.
I had my dash replaced and picked it up yesterday. They pulled the 4Runner around and told me have a nice day. I look at my beautiful new dash, but wait...the center speaker cover is all marred and cracked (I have the JBL system).
I got back in and the manger was super cool. They ordered a replacement for me, but its on backorder for an open-ended amount of time. We'll see if it ever comes in.
