I got in to a crash this weekend. Luckily I'm not at fault. I want some of your guys opinions not how should I go about.
Should I just take it to a collision center and get everything back OEM
Or cash the check and go for a steel/aluminum bumper
Witch I would install my self if I was to go this route any suggestions on full size bumpers.

Things to consider:

- You would need a complete full replacement that doesn't utilize any of the oem front bumper because the part that you retain is smashed on yours. Or you need to buy another bumper to cut up
- You will probably be waiting awhile (months) for a bumper since most are made to order.
- If you're okay with that, the only full replacement bumpers (that don't need the original bumper) that I can think of are shrockworks, demello, relentless, and metaltech.

Yeah looks like i will have to buy a bumper to chop up but looks like its less 200 for a oem bumper. In the other hand looking in to CBI thats a 16 week Lead Time.

Are the clips and mounts behind it broken or they just popped out? Honestly doesn't look that bad, if you can make it work until the aftermarket bumper comes it saves you a couple hundred bucks to spend on something else.

The clips under the light are broken but it holds it self up, I could deal with waiting. Just waiting for what the insurance comes back with.

If it's the type of clips I'm thinking of you can get a bag of those pretty cheap from amazon for some added stability while you wait for an order to come through.

paintedoemparts.com is a pretty good place if you want to go OE and do the work yourself. I've ordered from them 2x and both times they delivered earlier than their original quote and the parts were a spot on paint match.
