Credit report invalid??

So, my firestone card was paid off within 6 months of having it, & they tacked on a 60 day late payment to my acct months ago, after 3 months of it saying my nothing. Months later today, I decided to do the experian online dispute, & now it shows a new 90 day late?? I just hired Lexington Law to have this taken off my report. Any other options?

have you talked to firestone directly? can you prove it was paid off? have receipts, bank statements, whatever.
with things like this, is best to go to the source yourself. it will takes MONTHS for a dispute, and sometimes it will never get cleared up.

talk to firestone, see what they can do.

I will ask the same question with more detail, have you talked to Firestone directly.... and IF you paid off the card WHY do you have a late fee? Did you send them a hand written check or did you do on-line bill pays either through your bank or their website? What month payment were they missing? Was there a left over balance of a few dollars that was not paid off? We need this information to help you out. It will depend on who you call to fix it all.

I had 2 payments over card that some reason didnt go through. The late fees started in like feb, when i bought the tires in nov, paid it in full at the store before the 6 mo. Mark. It was a 6 mo no anything if paid in full within those 6 mo.
