On top of the other threads regarding CV axles, wanted to add a small tip (did both sides today on a '07 V6 4wd SR5)
youtube video with Ukranian? guy is pretty spot on... for the passenger side. Axle will "pop right in." NOTE: Driver's side takes much more force. compress axle toward centerline and gently but solidly bang on outside end with rubber mallet to engage completely into transfer case.
