what are your thoughts on the Glue type cv boots. Seems like a good alternative. I installed one back in the day for a customer per his request. Im not sure how the long term affects are. However it was a easy install and seem to do its job. (holding the grease in).
I know for a fact that shops dont recommend this because it does not produce much labor hours and cant warranty the work. Also not much margins on the part itself.
I have never used one or seen one
But i have watched a video on this
And assuming you do it correctly i don't see why it would not work
Other than a high price tag, which is expected at most any dealer, what is your beef with this?
