D.I.Y write-up on changing the fuel pump?

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can view a solid D.I.Y write-up on changing the fuel pump on a '95 4-Runner? Also, can you recommend a place where I can buy a cheap fuel pump? I did a Google search and found a place called Toyota Parts Zone - Genuine OEM Toyota Parts and Accessories that sells a very inexpensive fuel pump but I've never bought anything from them before. Has anyone had experience with this place? Any insights?
