i hope all you guys and gals down there are doing ok, just saw on the news all the devastation and tornado's you guys are getting, my cousin lives down their and it came right down her street(last thing she posted on FB -hope shes ok). anyhow i hope none of you are hurt or even worse lost your runners... sending prayers your way!

Thanks for the kind thoughts and prayers. Last report I saw at 5:30 CST was that there were 23 tornadoes but so far no injuries or death. It is pretty amazing to be honest. There is still pretty bad weather just east of DFW but most of the metroplex is clear as far as further damage is concerned. Lets keep our fingers crossed.

yes, prayers indeed! we're currently under a "tornado watch," but i don't think anything will happen down here. we might not even get any rain. hope all our DFW runners are well!
