Dash light problem

I'm attempting g to replace the clock light on my 2007 limited. I've found the "right" bulb at www.superbrightleds.com. Problem is when I reconnect the wording harness, they don't light. I've tried both one way and the reverse and nothing. I tried connecting with power and they do light on early entry of the plug but when it slides home to connect, no light.

Help?
