Does anyone know how to remove the dash pad on a 1999 model runner.It is seperating and I need to reglue and can't get to it with it in so its either remove the windshield or the dash pad.Any help would be appreciated.

I am having the same issue. the dealer says it will be over $600 for then to do it. I was thinking of taking it to an automotive upholstery shop.

Dash pad does not remove. The pad has a metal frame that is inset into the dash board. You can remove the dash board, and rebend the metal tabs that hold the pad in place. Buy a good used dash board from the junk yard and replace it. It is not difficult to do. might take half a day.
