I have the same lift on my '12 LE, although I'm running Cooper Discoverer AT3's. I had a ton of rubbing, not even close to full lock. Ended up doing the fender mod, which was easier than I anticipated. No cutting but had to move more on the passenger side than the drivers. Also required moving a small plastic piece to actually get at some of the hardware. Would be happy to answer any questions if you have them.

the DS kit doesnt change the "Feel" at all beyond a touch more body roll on turns as with any lift.

Quick question regarding the Daystar kits, is there a difference between their KT09124BK ('07-'14 FJ) and KT09134BK ('10-'13 4R) kits? Some threads here use them interchangeably, and others have even used the 4th Gen kit (KT09115BK) .... curious what the differences are, can't tell from google searches.
Reason I ask and not just order the 4Runner kit is I can get the FJ kit a little cheaper, but not enough to matter if there is a difference.

I have had the day star KT09134BK kit on my 2011 limited for over a year and I have been very dissatisfied with it. I am running 275/60/20 Terra's and the ride is awful. I have gotten 4 alignments and it still pulls. Highway driving is unstable and tends to wander. Spend the extra money and do it right the first time.

Really a total mixed bag of reviews on the daystar 2.5/1.5 level kit. I personally just installed it on my 2014 Limited and the ride is perfect. I felt zero change over stock and haven't even done an alignment yet. Waiting for my new wheels first.

I installed mine last weekend and it's great. That plus the BFG KO2 275/70/17 riding on SCS Stealth 6 wheels are great. Lost about .5 mpg and rides a LITTLE rougher but that's mostly the E tires.

Leave the XREAS lines connected to the shock but unbolt the bracket that holds the line to the frame for a little more play.
