DDM tuning H1D low install buzzing sound

Hi,
I tried to search the forum for such an issue which someone else might have faced, but didn't find anything.
I recently installed the H11 low beam HID's from DDM Tuning on my 06 T4R. The install of the passenger side was very smooth as I had tons of space to mount the ballast on the brake reservior mount. Things were much tighter (space wise) on the driver's side due to the battery. I did eventually finish the install, snugged the wires and used zipties for a cleaner look. The HID's turn on just fine, but I hear a constant slight buzzing from the drivers side ballast (I believe). I don't hear such a sound from the passenger side. What could be wrong? The wires are all twisted and turned on the drivers side to make them fit on the side of the battery, unlike the passenger side. Could that be the reason?

Also, can anyone point me to a link of how the foglights bulbs can be changed. I had ordered 35W 3000k for the fogs but it seems impossible for me to reach them.

I read somewhere that the ballasts may buzz at the begining but should become silent after a lil while, else one has either a bad connection or a bad ballast. I just don't want it to blow in the middle of driving. How long have you had your kit zopperman?
Also, did you get the rubber cap all the way to cover the light connection? I couldn't get it all the way because of the wiring for the harness. I don't know if we are suppose to cut the rubber cover enough to remove the wiring for the harness.
Also, did you do the fogs too? Any tips?

By the way Zak, do you also own a Honda S2000 by any chance?

I haven't listened, but they buzzed for a while after I had them installed, they definitely aren't silent. I've had the kit for almost a year with no issues.

I have aftermarket headlights and I drilled a 1" hole for the rubber grommet that comes with the HID bulbs.

I can check, but im pretty sure my connections are good and i haven't had a single issue with my ballasts.

By the way Zak, do you also own a Honda S2000 by any chance?

Also whats wrong with the fogs? I went from under the bumper, i had to swap the OEM O ring with the DDM ring because the DDM one was too fat.

oh hah, yeah, not me. I've only owned 4runners

I mounted all the ballasts in the engine bay. I didn't want them getting wet down by the fogs. I just zip tied them together and to the body.

Mine are a little over a year old and still buzz. I think its normal
