Dealer keeps sending me offers trying to buy my 4R

I have a 2020 TRD ORP with KDSS in Nautical Blue, dealer keeps sending me letters trying to get me to sell to them or trade my 4R for a 2022, last offer was $38,556 trade towards a 2022 TRD ORP without KDSS and a bunch of worthless add ons that mean nothing like paint film, door edge guards, ceramic coating. They said My 4R and $10K and I can drive away in a new 2022. I just roll up paper and throw it in the trash.My 4R has just under 12K mi on it. KBB says my 4R is worth $44K on a trade.

Dealers of every brand are doing this. Since used cars are in short supply, if you fall for their deal they sell one to you and resell your old one in days.
A total win-win for them. And dealers (and lenders) use the NADA price guide, not KBB which lists inflated prices.
