Ok, I've got some before and after shots. The sun hasn't been really out yet, so the pics are pretty bad. I'm sure I'll be taking some better pics as I finish other mods. These stand out quite a bit and definitely aren't for everyone, especially the chrome haters. But, I like the look a lot and am totally happy I got them.

All Weather Floor Mats (AWMs)

So, the first thing I installed was the AWMs. I love them! Even though they add a very sporty look to my leather/nav interior, I am way happier with the look than the carpet mats. Of course that is partly because my carpets were so dirty. There are a lot of pics attached below, but the first gives the best comparison IMO.

OBX Pedals

And the only other thing I've got done so far is the OBX Pedals. I didn't find them that hard to install. It just hurts the fingers some. I didn't even do the soap lube method described in the attached instructions.

How is the Xtreme cargo mat working out. I have heard some +/- reviews on them and wanted to hear what you had to say. I have heard they slide around a lot. Let me know what you think.

Xtreme Cargo Mat

Thanks FinRxDoc, its cool that other people like the stuff I've done. I know what I like, but it is hard to predict other people's reactions.

As far as the Xtreme Mat goes, I haven't had a chance to instal/test it yet, as I just got all this yesterday. It is a lot lighter weight than I thought it would be, which should make it easier to move up to the Double Decker if need be. One problem though, I got the one for w/out DD, so I think I am going to return it for the w/ DD version. I'll definitely try it out first though. A cool thing that I noticed is that that big ugly Xtreme logo on the mat appears to be very easy to remove. I'll use this post as a place holder, and post more details here once I've got it installed. I think I am really going to like it since I am totally sick of stuff sliding around when I turn/accelerate faster than I probably should.

Update: I tried it out at lunch and it totally didn't fit. Too deep! Here's some pics anyway:

Valor Exhaust Tip

So, at lunch I installed the Valor Exhaust Tip and am a bit undecided about the look. When I slipped it on last night, I thought I liked it a lot, but today I almost feel like taking it off and spray painting the stock jet black. It could be a balance thing, like the dual exhaust makes an even look. What do you all think?

I have the tip and I absolutely love it. I can't see not having it. With such a beefy SUV, the pipe without the tip just looks out of place. Just my 2 cents....

Wow, awesome write-ups and pictures! You've got some excellent accessories!

Just a quick note, when you install the door sills, make sure the back portion of the sill is as far in and under the rubber seal before letting the adhesive stick to the plastic sill, it's nearly impossible to remove it once it's stuck.

I am so eager to get them installed. The only problem is that the instructions say to install them above 60 deg F. It was just below that when I got home last night so I thought I would try anyway. I peeled that tape back and it didn't feel very tacky, so I'm going to wait for a warmer day. I saw exactly what tkr128 was talking about. I think when I install them I am going to insert the back edge first, with the front angled up so the tape isn't in contact with the plastic, and then rotate it down to make the connection.

I'm going to insert this pic as a place holder for when I post details about the door sills....and I just plain like the pic (obviously not my 4runner):

Update: live4swell commented on and liked the pic, so I'm going to leave it and start a new post below for the installed door sill pics.

If you don't want to wait until it is above 60 degrees you could just use a heat gun and warm the adhesive up before installing them. That should work just fine.

Toyota Door Sills

I installed the door sills without following the directions at all. Actually, I made sure that the temperature was above the minimum temp of 60 deg F so that the 3M tape actually felt tacky. All I really did was brush the area with a paper towel to remove any loose dirt and then I followed tkr128's suggestion and those babies seem to be on there really strong. The instructions said to use some adhesion promoter, but it didn't come in my boxes so, I totaly skipped it. Here's some pics:
