Decent suspension upgrade/fix ???

I've been needing to fix/upgrade the stock front shocks/springs in my 2001 2WD Limited for some time. She has 168K mi. I got her at 99K mi, 3.5 yrs ago. Ride was 'stiff' when we got her. Wife's car (truck). All is great but suspension. So jittery on even the smallest road bumps, I don't like to drive it, and must stay under 10 mph on a worn, pitted caliche road. Only did it once, but as a true test, truck was begging to veer off the road on its own might. Been reading a lot of relative posts regarding shock options. Visible, squeaky-clean rubs on frame where bump stops hit regularly, and car is really only a daily, highway commuter. It goes without saying that replacement/upgrade is due to regain optimal, if not just OEM, off-the-line comfort and stability. New shocks for sure, and springs HAVE to be worn out as well. I'm not sure about coilovers, don't want any ride-hight adjustment, so.....We want OEM or better comfort and stable, city/highway ride.

My question is, would this do ?

Bilstein 4600 Series shocks #24-188234
MOOG # 81092
Daystar sway bar bushings #4301679

Thank you for any input or confirmation!

I just installed 4600 bilstein's last night. Haven't got to drive it yet but all my research indicated that these were the best replacement without going lifted or extreme.

Thank you! I also read about replacing sway bushings, hear a lot about urethane, but don't like idea of having to re-grease often :(
