I think talking to your dealer first is a great idea. If that doesn't work out, go right to a professional body shop or custom-shop. If it's through the primer or to the actual body, I don't think touch-up-paint will do the job to the quality that you want.
My philosophy is "If it's big stuff, leave it to the pros...". That way, you aren't running the risk of doing more damage in the long run.
