Definition of hood bulge

is it the hump/ scoop on the hood itself or is it consider the piece that goes in and covers up the empty space in the scoop.
im telling pp i have the hood with scoop and i need all the parts and hardware that goes inside the hood scoop. they tell me do i need the hood bulge...( meaning the scoop to make the hood hump/ bulge) aaahhh i dont think so i got the hood with the scoop. obviously i need everything else but not the hood with the already exsisting scoop.
DO U GET IT???

They're being idiots. There is nothing called a bulge.

This is why the part sheets are so handy...even the dealers own parts dept doesn't know what you are talking about.
