The sliders are made by Hanna Quality out there near you (somewhere in NorCal). I actually bought these from a toyota120 member Andries a while back. They are bolt on and they are seriously STOUT. I've always loved the intricate details of the circles and the overall build quality. Hanna doesn't have them sitting on the shelf but you can probably get him to make a set if you put a deposit down (unless he stoppped making them). Here are some better pics.

I wouldn't be opposed to making a grille for the forum. If there was interest. I make plenty of fiberglass fab parts. I MADE MOST of the parts you see on this buell : Login to a private Photobucket.com album

Yea those look sweet! I haven't seen those before, and good timing since I'm looking to buy some in the next couple months! I'll have to check to see if he is still making them etc. How far out are they from the body?

I'm pretty sure Hanna stopped making almost all car parts. You can try and email him. He only produced them for 03-05 T4Rs. From what I've read on ih8mud.com he got married and is doing other things. It was always a side job for him, he is a firefighter. I'm glad to own a set though.

YEah I think I will. I am a video producer now, and changed directions. I used to have a large shop up in Utah and loved doing it, but the economy changed and so did my priorities. I will have to get something made, then just post it. I am pretty sure a lot of people would want it, at a realistic price. I'd change the styling too. That grill for $699 is a little dated looking.

Im glad I was turned onto the Demello bumpers. Im looking at picking one up by the end of the year and really love the single hoop design also. Great rig.

Looks like the gap along the fender line increases as it goes back. Is that from imporper adjustment or just the way it is?

Probably improper adjustment or just an odd viewing angle. There is supposed to be a 1/4-1/2" gap between the bumper and body so the bumper doesn't get into the body when the frame flexes off road.

Yea, sort of a combination of both to a degree. Look in their website and the photos have the same type gap. Only variable I have vs theirs is I have a 1" body lift so I pushed mine up with brackets they made

That is a pretty pricey bumper, but it looks good.

That is a pretty pricey bumper, but it looks good.

My skid was off when those pics were taken, however that didn't expose my radiator. The radiator really isn't exposed though the there is a gap down below because of my body lift. If no BL there wouldn't be any gap

I kept the stock bottle and chopped the bottom off, re-created a flat piece out of ABS and slapped it up there. I'll try and get a pic this weekend for you if you want one.
