I've searched many times but can only find information regarding the Denso KS into the 3.4, so forgive me in advance if this has been covered. I just couldn't find it anywhere.
I have the code 52 on a 3.0 4Runner that I'm buying. I've read up on what's involved with replacing it and the pigtail. I see that most people recommend using the OEM Matsushita knock sensor, but are the Denso sensors comparable? I see Denso is an OEM supplier for other items and is recommended for the O2 sensors, as well as the spark plugs. The Denso KS is considerably cheaper (by just over $60 from best price I've found on the Matsushita). Has anyone used the Denso, and would you recommend them?
