what do you guys do when it's time to wash the two rears doors (interior bottom) , do you open the doors for wash the bottom and have better acces to the wheel well ??

because yesterday i noticed that after, some dirt stay to the bottom of the doors , ( where the plastic piece is ) sorry I don't have pics for now

I'm hesitate to put water hose directly to the doors (interior bottom) ...

thanks for your help !

Around the door seal inside edge? I use detailer or water from spray bottle to clean there. If you do it everytime you wash the truck then it won't get too dirty. Watch out for gravel collecting in lower part of that seal - it will scratch your paint.

Yep use spray detailer or a no rinse wash product with microfiber towel. If its real dirty then I would get it with regular wash media.
 
If you have a pressure washer you'll be golden. Just use the mitt and lather up some foam in there let it sit for a min or two while you do the other door jams, and pressure wash it out. The trick with presure washing it is keep the spray head about 2'' from what ever your spraying and you wont get any water in the interior. Even if you do, its water, it'll dry.
