yeah 4wheel parts is a ***** store the guys in there are idiots for the most part and really only know what the catalogs tell them, if you know your rig and know 4x4 parts there is no need to even speak to them, i tried calling about a trac bar relocation bracket and a an adjustable trac bar and the guy just didn't get it. they didn't even carry half of the 4x4 parts i was looking for like an addco sway bar for my jeep they tried telling me that they don't make sway bars for the zj again just proof they don;t know shit beyond what their catalogs tell them.....really it's just a shop for people who don't know shit and want to drop off their truck to get fitted out and it's semi-fine for that but if your trying to build a custom rig with all of the parts and specs you want good f'ing luck with those homo's, well that's my rant about those guys, i'm watching this thread to see how it goes i'm doing this sooner than later and wanna do it cheap and right!

Not yet unfortunately! I just got the coils today, which means if I have time, Ill try and get it done on Thurs or Fri. If I dont get it done this week, it wont be done til I get back from the east coast beginning of Sept.

I also got the Toytec coilovers, so that will definitely have to wait til Sept.
I have a thread on that you may see.

I seriously cant wait to get these coils in!

Well ive got some lc cols coming in and bilstein 5125'sw and I got my coilovers in yesterday so I should have some pics soon. Any luck on a roof rack?

Well, got the LC Coils on just in time for vacation.

Long day, but it looks awesome! Once I get my Toytec Coilovers, Ill put the front up a bit higher, but I like the rake...

Im thinking maybe a half inch or so up in the front...

what were the stock heights to the wheel well?

the front came up about 3/4 inch after I replaced the back coils... the factory coils I had were that low...

think about it... the LC coils were about an 1/8 of an inch taller than the factory coils on top of the skyjacker spacers... yet my coils, (which I found out were put in at 80k and im at 186k now) packed in so much that when I put the new ones in I get ANOTHER 3 inches!! now that will settle a bit, but still... thats crazy

Ok, so I called up 4wheel parts to try and get a longer brake line, the guy on the other end asked me what lift I was going with, I told him I LC coils in the back and he literally scoffed at me... but he flat out told me to go to some place AAC or something and they will make it for me.

So, thats the last straw, im done with them. I need to vent about 4wheel parts so look for my post under the dealers/experience tab soon. This was not the first time they pissed me off.

from him later this week, hopefully tomorrow. I should have the coils later this week and am gonna try and get this done on friday.

For the night shot, you need a tripod or at least something to rest the camera on.

as far as the truck, i'll bet that would be about perfect w/ some gear loaded in it. A bit more rake than i would probably want on a regular basis though. Oh and don't forget to adjust your headlights up a bit to compensate for the rake that way you can still see at night.

it has settled just a tad since the pic, but I think my angle was bad on that one, made it look like more rake than it is

I didnt even think about the headlights... I didnt notice anything when i was driving home last night, Ill pay better attention tonight after work.

Im still figuring out if I want to tackle that (with help from some of you guys!:bouncy or if I am gonna take it to toydoctors or high country 4x4, getting quotes on labor now.
