Distance between 1st and 2nd row seats?

Hey all,

Does anyone know the distance between the 1st and 2nd row seats, with the 1st seat all the way back? Bonus points if anyone happens to have the measurement from headrest level.

I need to get a rear facing baby car seat and am just trying to figure out what will fit. I'd measure myself, but don't have one at the moment... but hoping to be able to change that this week.

Car seat should be in the middle ideally.

With second row all the way back? Not sure if all models have adjustable second row so let us know which you have.

A lot more distance in my runner versus my last suv for sure...

I agree the middle is best, although our little one is getting big enough that my wife is struggling to get him into the middle seat presently.

It'll be a 2015 SR5 that I'm hoping to get.

Rear seat legroom

According to the spec's I've found the rear legroom is 32.9"
Can you just measure it?

With driver seat and second row all the way back. It's 9" from front seat to front of second row seat and about 26" from my headrest to where my back would be on second seat. I gain about three inches when I put seat back in my normal spot. I don't lean back much. Not sure this will help as with reclining and height adjustment these are completely random.

I also have a LE with third row, which makes a difference.

Also I am 5'11" for reference on my normal seat positioning.
