Distributor Pickup Coil Internal

1989 Toyota Pickup DLX , 2.4 Liter , 4WD

I have purchased two Distributor Pickup Coils (Signal Generator) from two
local Auto Part Stores.
The issue I have is that the Resistance Readings do not match, as follows :

Pickup Coil Connector reading :
Specification per Repair Manual (installed): 140 - 180 ohms
Old Installed Part : 178 ohms (cold), 194 ohms (hot)
New Part # 1 : 220 - 225 ohms
New Part # 2 : 212 - 215 ohms

The Second issue is that the Old Original Part is installed with one
removable metal tapped screw and one rivet.
Seeing that I may have to remove the rivet and tap new screw threads in
its place.
I believe or suspect at an earlier time (from what I have read ) that Toyota had owners Replace The Whole Distributor for this fault and / or this Internal Part - Pickup Coil - Signal Generator was not sold as a separate entity ???

Any suggestions / help would be appreciated.

Part replacement

1989 Toyota Pickup

I replaced the Dist. Pickup Coil yesterday evening.
Test Drive 25 minutes Country Mountainous Roads.
Appears to have stabilized the Engine for a more consistent running condition in Idle and Acceleration. Otherwise, No significant Engine Power Increase, Engine Power Correction on Up Hill climbs as I was hoping.
Back to the drawing board . . .
