DIY Pulley Replacement?

So my 4runner has a tick/squeaking noise coming from the serpentine belt area and from what I have read on the forums it sounds like it could either be the tension pulley or idler pulley. I have looked everywhere but cannot find any write ups on how to replace either of these. I am not much of a gear head but am able to follow instructions well and learn fast.

Anyone know of a place I can find a write up on how to replace either of these pulleys myself?

Its a 2008 4Runner SR5 4WD V6.
