The 2nd and 3rd picture really exaggerate how much white was inside the top of the cap because of the sun. But the dipstick looks clean as far as I can tell and no coolant loss either.
Do I have water/antifreeze in my oil? (PICS)

I would say that's probably just condensation in your cap. Make sure your fluid is topped off, and if it comes back get a leakdown test.

I see that you live in the humid Midwest. It just looks like some water condensation. This can happen when in humid areas and short trips are taken. The engine doesn't heat up enough to burn off the moisture and it mixes with the oil. Do an oil change and drive it more.

I see the same disturbing moisture in the oil cap on my Dodge Truck. Always have. I use my truck for a lot of short trips and am told the moisture is normal because of condensation but would be burned off by taking longer trips and letting things get hot enough for a long enough period of time. Hard to see what's on your dipstick. If you change your own oil, look at it as you drain it and see if it looks milky at all. If not, then you are okay.

It's maybe ~2 miles to school one way. So that's about 4 or so miles a day during the week. If I had to average it out I'd say I drive anywhere from 10 to 15 miles a day. If I'm lucky I may put 7000 miles on this year.
Yeah, I should have done one of these when I first noticed the white gunk. However I don't have an air source. Do you know if O'reilly or Advanced rents these leak down testers out? I really don't want to buy one for just this one time because as soon as Dad finds it he'll b!tch.

I'd say you'd need to be able to see it more than just in the oil cap. If you are really concerned about it, drain the oil and see if it looks like anything other than oil when it comes out. My truck has always had the stuff in the cap when I check it and some of it has even dried up in there making a crusty looking mess. But, when I drain my oil, it always looks good. There are a lot of people that probably have this issue and just never notice it because they either don't change their own oil or don't randomly remove the oil filler cap and look underneath it.

More. Viscous gooey crud similar to pudding. And it's still not a reliable indicator, but it's a hint.
That's a lot of short trips. I'd say the cause is exactly like Gerdo said, condensation. Try and get in one good 1/2hr on the freeway or whatever a week, and you won't see near as much of that. And unless it shows up on your dipstick, it's not that big a deal anyway.
