Do I NEED to Replace Outer Tie Rod?

Hello All. I just installed my lift and replaced my LBJ's. While replacing LBJ's, I pushed too hard on the "boot" on the outer tie rod and had some grease escape. Do I NEED to replace the outer tie rod? I know I should, but am I in danger of some extreme mishap if I don't? Thanks in advance!

Doesn't look like much came out. I think you will be fine.
