factory service manuals

I do as much as possible myself, and for the same reason you are describing. If you actually take the time to see what they are 'maintaining', 90% of the stuff is just an inspection. Seriously, how hard is it to look at things and decided if it bad? Rubber boots and bushes - easy. Brake pads - easy. Brake lines - easy. Fluid levels and leaks - easy. Filters - easy. The list goes on. And if something they inspect is faulty, then that costs extra to be repaired!

I bought a full set of factory service manuals for $110. Money extremely well spent!

That sounds great. Obviously these manuals you bought are different than the basic Hanes manual? And where would I get the full factory service manuals?

i just found these manuals for free and they downloaded ok, are they the actual factory service manuals??
