Never have and never will. I think it is disgusting.

Maybe someone can help me understand something about it. I ride public transportation into our nation's capital to work. Every morning I get on the metro and notice that the majority of people are in full business suits and dressed professionally. Many of these people have cologne or perfume on and their hair is combed. It is obvious that these people are particular about their appearance and they have spent some time getting ready in the morning. Taking a shower, putting on clean clothes, applying many times too much cologne or perfume. Then after all this is done, they light up and completely negate the above and smell like a dumpster all day long.

I just don't get it.

Never really got into smoking, I like a good cigar every now and then (once a month or less)

I smoke all the time in the groin area!!! :xnuts:

Left handed cig is another word for smoking pot. And yes that is bad for you too!!!

I dont smoke.
1) Cause im to young to buy them.
2) I am a runner for my high schools cross country team. You cant go to state smoking or run 45 miles a week.
3) The smell it kills me.

but if you smoke all i can say is go ahead i dont care more power to you.

What the hell? Where are all the smokers now? I started smoking in high school, then I started rolling my own cigarettes in college (very bad for me) then I finally quit a few years ago after 4-5 years of slowly tapering down. I still have a smoke or two when I get together with my old HS friends and then regret it when the back of my throat feels like sandpaper for a few days. That's about it. If smoking wasn't bad for me and wouldn't cause lung cancer or COPD, I'd smoke like a chimney.

Workin on the quit. Started when I was 12 or 13, am now 25. I have a good future ahead of me, so I better get to quittin before I spoil it. Mom and Dad both smoke, so do their current partners. Mom and Stepdad used to point at me with cigs hanging out of hands "DON'T SMOKE, IT'S BAD FOR YOU!!" It never made sense to me back then, now I'm hooked and battling the quits.
The reason cigs are so high in price is because people are quitting the gov't needs to recoup their tax dollars from the quitters.
I'm working hard at quitting, but I still slip every now and then. Thinking about the patch or gum or some crap like that.

Never smoked, never will. Grew up with my dad smoking all my younger life, and the second hand smoke has caused me horrible sinus problems through the years. It's a horrible habit and not only effects yourself, but everyone around you. I would never subject my kids to that. I'd be jumping for joy if they outlawed smoking in all public places.

I use to smoke.. Quit when I was 22 (41 years ago) Have had asthma problems for the last 20 years.
It makes you realize how important your lungs are.
