I'm pretty sure he's running the 700 struts, so less height, but also he's running a stock tire size, or close to it, so be careful when visually looking at these trucks with different combos of parts, as wheels and tires can easily change the appearance of "lift height" and just how full the fenders are.

Yep. My struts are the 700s with stock size tires.

Went from C59-300R with 1/4” spacers to C59-314R front springs with no spacers...
I’m loving it!!!

did you do a diff drop? How much of a lift did you get? The pic looks like you still have a little rake in the front.

No diff drop. I wanted to keep some of the rake since I load up a ton of stuff when we go out. I'll post some pics of us loaded up once I can get through the next two weekends. Overall lift up front was just over 2" (full steel skids bring it down a bit).

After going H&R lowering springs on her IS250, my fiance hated the nose up look. She's all about rake.

Bilstein takeoffs from a Pro. Dobinsons 748R in the front, C59-273 for the rear. W/KDSS. Tried to talk her into a leveling kit, but she's so anti-Carolina squat it's not even funny. We both like rake, so this suits us perfectly. Had a bit of KDSS lean but it evened itself out after 250ish miles.

Mike, what do you recommend for the following current/future setup? Figured I'd ask out in the open in case I have something similar.

Current:
I have an 63QT ARB fridge that is usually fully loaded in the back.
Wood cabinet, pretty simple and light weight (under 50 lbs).
Probably another 50lbs of tailgating/picnicing gear in the rear at all times.
I tow light loads about once or twice a month.

Future:
Adding drawer system and height to cabinet (probably 250lbs fully loaded later this year)
Adding full length roof rack within the next month or so.
Adding front and rear bumpers within the next year.


I can figure out the spring choices based on the first page descriptions, but should I build for current state and replace springs later, or can it work (with what issues) to just go with future state weight requirements?

For the record, I am adding Icon UCAs this week, and currently running 50-60,000 mile Bilstien 5100 maxed out with stock springs up front and I believe OME 885's in the rear. I'd imagine ride quality improvements are probably going to be realized regardless of the new setup.

Wanted to see what you guys recommend. This is my current plan: Want to level and keep the rear stock height. Plan on C4 bumper and X20 winch w/ hitch spare tire carrier. This was the set up I am thinking of going with

Front:
GS59-700
C59-314(2" lift 80-150lbs), will this be fine unloaded till I get the lo pro bumper? Or should I go with 1.75" lift stock front C59-300

Rear:
GS59-701
C59-323

I have 21.5in from the center of the hub to the bottom of the wheel arch, both sides.

The 599 coils in the rear are supposed to give an in of lift. The after install measurement is 23in on the driver side and 23.25in on the passenger.

After about 1000 miles I re-measured the hub to arch distance.

Fronts are right at 21in
Rears right at 23in

The passenger side is maybe 2/10th inch higher. Not noticeable at all.

Just got my new Dobinson coils installed today. C59-314 Front Coils, C59-725 Rear Coils
Still have Bilsteins but I swapped to new coils and removed my rear spacer.

No, I don't want to do that since they aren't stocked in the USA. Showing options for parts that can only be brought by air freight would piss everyone off, so we just show what we stock in the USA.

When we have the new MRA adjustables later this year, and they're stocked here, I'll add those.

Not yet, we haven't done the product release for them as we're still waiting for the first production run to finish.

They will be very similar to the MRR, but with 3 levels of adjustment in rebound and compression....
