If you guys get the springs for 100LB static weight in back, make sure you keep the weight back there - gets pretty bouncy if you don't...
Just the motivation I needed to build V3 of my cargo solution. More to come...

Hey all!
So with my tax refund coming, I've finally decided to bite the bullet and lift my 07 Sport edition.
I replaced the stock suspension about a year ago with a set of Bilstein 4600's and OE replacement springs. Needless to say, it rides like crap. I can feel absolutely everything in on our terribly maintained roads here in Central VT.
I don't really off-road other than the dirt roads, class IV roads and forest service tracks around here, so good on road comfort is paramount for me.
I've been looking at getting the 221 front struts paired with the c59-300 springs for the front, and 705 shocks paired with C59-325 springs for the rear. Would this set up be good for a slightly leveled lift? Would it be good for our terrible northern New England roads?

In addition, I'd like to hold off on UCA's for a little bit as finances are tight, would I be able to have a good highway ride with this set up? I do plan on getting the diff drop to keep my C.V angles as well.

I haven't heard the greatest reviews of those Bilstein shocks.
Need to know what engine you have to confirm front springs. If you have a V6, those parts would give 2" front and rear and ride very well. I've sold lots of combos like that to guys up your way
If you lift the front and rear 2" each then you will maintain rake. If you want it more level then lift the rear less, like 1" less.

For 2" front lift you don't need UCA's or a diff drop kit. UCA's would get you a better alignment with more caster though if you choose to add them later.

Hey Mike! Thanks for replying!
I do have a v6, and I was going for a slightly leveled look. I'm not necessarily looking to eliminate all rake, as I occasionally load her up, but most of the time the only weight in the back is my subwoofer, and a bag of rock salt in the winter.
In terms of the UCA's that's great to hear. So in theory I should be able to get myself within alignment specs, right?

Ok, so I'd suggest 1.5" rear lift then.

You can add all of those and the options here:

And yes, you can get the alignment in spec no problem with stock UCA's at that height.

What rear coil shall I choose ?
I have a 2004 V8.
4WD
4,515 lbs curb weight
For the Front I will use
C59-314
MRA59-A221
I’d like 2.5” front lift.
For the rear I’m second guessing what I should choose because I
Want 1” - 1.25” of rake (no more) after my rear bumper and tire carrier is installed.
but not loaded with luggage or gear in the cab (empty).
The bumper/carrier accessory is 140-200 lbs. +/-
For larger camping trips When I do load my roof rack, luggage, and "precious cargo” ,
I will have added about 550-600 lbs
I am fine with it being
Level with no rake when that load is added, (do not want reverse rake if it can be avoided under this load)
When we get to our destination and set up camp we unload besides essentials….
When we go out to offload together my family weighs 435 lbs. (including myself)
(285 lbs. not including myself). (They’re petite)
For the rear shock I’ll use
MRA59-A701.

I’m thinking 2.5”-3” rear coils will give too much rake.
I’m wondering if a 2” lift is better due to my load conditions and rake preferences. (1” - 1.25”)
Stock rake unloaded on mine is 2.25"
It would be ideal to have the front fender line about 1” lower than the rear fender line, but when fully loaded not reverse.

Hello! I have purchased a set from you guys a couple of months ago but I only got a chance to install it a month or so ago and wasnt driving the truck (07 v6 sport) until yesterday.
For the rear I got C59-677V + 559 long travel -- very happy with the way rear behaves.
For the front I went with C59-220 + C59-350 as per Mike's recommendation. I have installed the bumper (110 lbs) as of right now and the ride it terrible. It feels like I am riding a skateboard. The truck shakes on the speed bumps and I dont think I can live with that. The winch is going to be mounted soon (60 lbs?). Should I expect that it would make a difference? Is there a brake in period in which the springs would get softer? I am concerned how its going to ride of the pavement now.

The C59-350 is a 730lb coil according to Mike... that's a hell of a beefy coil.
My buddy has OME 886 coils up front which is a 660lb coil and he's running a winch and ARB bumper. 730lb seems excessive for a CO bumper which is much lighter than a ARB.
