Update:
Finished installing the Bussman Fuseblock. I did have a bad connection that I have been troubleshooting. It was a bad connection at one of the relays on the fuse block. It would allow power to everywhere but the light. It also showed an issue with a connection at my rear loghts. All the lights on the rack are complete.

I also redid the wiring for the Led hood light switch and strip. I used construction adhesive to hold the light strip as the 3m glue wasnt able to hold the strip up. I used painters tape to hold it in place while the adhesive dries. Next time I would use painters tape on each side of where I would install the led strip put glue there and allow it to get tacky then put up the led strip holding it in place with painters tape until it dries to allow easier cleanup. All in all my way did work, I ahve some parts that need a little more glue and a god amount of cleanup.
Overall it was a very productive day. I still have to finish wiring the Engel Fridge. i have the parts and the wire run. I need to finish the switch and the 12v socket. Also need to hook up the battery isolator switch for the dual battery solenoid. The carling swithces still need to have the lights on them hooked up. i may finish them tomorrow. Depending on how I feel and how hot it is outside.
In the mail I got in the replacement rock lights from Superbrightleds.com I got the white lights. There is a coupon for 15% on facebook on their page.

Overall the lights are better quality than the previous ones I got from Amazon. The housings are all metal. Better wiring and waterproof connectors. Better spacers and hardware. These are just my first impressions opening the box up.

Finished up cleaning up all dash wiring. Only took three days to do! Perfection takes time and seriously it was only a few hours a day.
Accomplishments:
Rewired all secondary wiring to an independent circuit. Including all led lighting.
Front Rack Light Bar: Including High Beam Circuit integration
Grill Led Light Bar: Prewired to Grill, High Beam Circuit Integration. Waiting on light brackets to install 32" light bar.
Side Led Rack Lights: Installed all four side led lights and integrated into circuit.
Rear Rack Led Lights: Integrated into new circuit.
Carling Switches: Integrated into new circuit. Moxed lights between ignition and high beam circuit.
Hood Led Light: Integrated into new circuit, reattached with adhesive.
AOB Engel Fridge Switch: Installed and prewired into new circuit. Prewired to the rear of the vehicle. Just need to install 12v plug in the rear.
AOB Battery Isolator Switch: switch installed and added to circuit prewire from Bussman Block to engine bay.
Winch: Carling switch wired into new Bussman Circuit and prewired from Bussman to engine bay.
Rock Led Lights: Carling Switch Integrated into new circuit. Prewired from Bussman block to Engine Bay.
All ends terminated with Deutsch Waterproof connectors where needed in the engine bay and the Roof Rack.
Valentine One: Radar detector added to new circuit and hardwired into the circuit with ignition.
Bussman Fuse Block w/ integrated relays installed. All wiring to the above accessories. Switches all wired and functioning.
I will add some more phitos when I am able to. My phone shows that it is out of memory and doesnt allow me to take photos. Hence my delay on the dash removal tutorial. I lost previous Pics.

Look how nice and neat this looks! If you are looking to wire your vehicle this si definitely the way to go. It is scalable compared to other solutions like the SPOD, aloows more options as well. Plus all my fuses and relays are located in one location. Making it easier to troubleshoot electrical problems. Downfall is it is quite an investment in money, time, skill, and knowing your needs when building the circuit. I have probably $500 just in the circuit, self healing fuses, wiring, terminations and the relays. Not including the switches or the accessories. As well as the small items needed for the install nor the tools. Yet, it is definitely the way to go!

Black 2007 FJ with Total Chaos 2+ Front w/ Sway Aways LTs and remote reservoirs. Loved it just outgrew it and Hawaii did take a tole on my truck.

Thanks. I could though I did not build the box. I have previously done a post outlining the component needed to build one. My conclusion was to outsource the build to my great satisfaction. Thoguh it did take a good amount of time to do so. My reasoning originally was experience building them, components needed along with minimum orders, tools to do so are very expensive along with every single component. It was so much easier to just outsource it. I can share who did mine if you are interested but will only do so through pm.
As far as the bracket it too was outsourced from a member on Tacoma Forums. I too will share this info through om if you would like.
The component can be bought through waytech or the likes but all require a minimum order on each component. The easiest way to get around this is to have a group of people trying to accomplish the same thing. Or one of the group skilled enough to build them for the cost of the group picking up the costs of his components for his personal build. Again easiest is to figure out what your needs are and outsource it. If you figure all this out I can help you put together a list of requirements that you wouldn't have thought of to have a build priced out for you. If so PM with what you need and I will help put a request together and give you some info of who to look at for the build.
I personally would check with a handful of people as there are many now doing these builds. As well as off the shelf builds like SPOD available too.

I was Chatsworth 818 FJ on that board. 2007 Black, the beach rust killed my FJ, I was sad to sell her. I didnt have a build thread just lots of 1st mods, how to threads. One of since I was one of the first in so cal.

We had to go to Atlanta today to the VA for a medical appointment. While there we decided to take the new BFg 275/70r17 KO2smwith us and exchange them for 285/70r17 at 4Wheel Parts since we drive past it on the way home.
We loaded all 4 tires on the Gobi. Wish I had taken a picture. Just twlked to my wife and she lromised more pictures here in the future while out on trips and the such. Anyways the rack held out great and we had no issue at even though the large tires hing over the side a bit except for gas mileage.
The manager at 4 wheel larts was great did a couple of thigns that was above and beyond for us. Unfortunately they did not have the 285s in store or even in a close warehouse, California was the closest. So ded home empty handed with a promise of the tires in about 10-14 days. Too bad as the tores will not be installed as planned when I do the suspension next week.
We came home to find that the brakcet has arrived for the grill led light bar. So it looks like I will get it put in tomorrow and if I have some time I will complete the install on the rock lights! So glad to be close to getting this stage of my mods complete. Yet, I am on no rush. I would rather it done roght that half hurried through. I did rinse and clean off the bugs to make it easier to work on tomorrow.
Here is a picture of the truck in its latest interation. Hopefully you can se the side lights well in this picture.
On a side note: I am having issues with small waterspots on the glass. AImhave tried a hand thpe waterspot remover polish without much success. Does anyone have any real good recommendation on how to remove them from the glass and alos the paint? Thanks! I hope everyone has a great weekend.

Not sure to get off the waterspots but once off for the glass I use 2 coats of rejex applied semiannually. Never had one to remove on glass using this product for this purpose. for paint I use klasse sealant with a coat of collinite 845 on top, again never had a waterspot to remove.

Today eveb thiugh I got a late start I installed the under grill 32" LED Light Bar. I having some little issues with switch illumination and will troubleshoot when I have more time.
I also installed 3 orange marker light on the front top gril since I had the bumper and grill of. I was able to secure everything nicely and even put in Metra Pack Connectors.
Overall I am very pleased with everything so far and the types of mods. i need to aim the light bars all the way around. I snapped some photos on the way back from the store tonight. The bright light switch works great on these dark roads in the mountains.
I have severe night blindness trying to take the photos. I will needto bring out my dlsr to show what it really looks like. Thet are hella bright haha.

Here are some photos I took today with my dslr of the led lights. I also took photos of the radar detector bracket that I installed as well as the hardwire of it. If you look too at the phone mount it is one of thos magnetic vent mounts from amazon that is tucket between the center and other trim. It is very solid and works awesome. The best mounting solution for my phone so far without making it a permanent solution.

Took off most of the stickers in my back window. Added my auto medals for my service related stuff, MCC, PH, Medical Branch, and 4ID, they where out of the 82nd emblem. But had an idea that clothing and sales might work for me. Since the new Dress Blues use a Pin on Unit simialr to the emblems I figured ine would wirk if you removed the pin and added 3m tape. Will advise when I get a chance to try. Would be cool to have one of the Buffalo Soldiers 4/10CAV thiugh it is smaller an emblem being a beret or lapel pin.
I also blacked out the 4Runner Emblem shortly after cleaning up the back. It really brought everything together. Ill take some photos of everything after I finish with the suspension on Friday, fingers crossed!
