I just moved from a FJC to my 2010 4Runner and the 4Runner takes a lot longer to warm up for sure. That FJ produces heat ASAP.
...
Surprised some of you didn't pick up on that. I'm disappointed in you guys.
the heated seats are really nice, I don't notice a longer than usual warm up time for the heater to blow warm air
What year just for information gathering purposes?
I didn't want to point it out and listen to you go on an analytic tirade about my accusation. Ain't nobody got time for that! lol
You guys are starting to make me miss my unheated non air conditioned 72 Blazer. With the genuine, simulated, imitation vinyl seats that countless Naugas died to provide...... :violin:
What do you mean based on region? My runner came from NV to a dealership up here after it was well used with 38k by previous owners, and its now residing in North Idaho with 52k miles and mine takes over 20 minutes to warm up. I would love to know more about the thermostat! Any more advice on this?My 2015 trail warms fairly quick. I live in Colorado. Now, Toyota is good at putting together parts based on region. How about a different thermostat, one for colder climates?
