dome light / home link stopped working, all fuses are good

Have you checked the fuses under the hood as well? May be worth taking a look there.

Same thing happened to me in my 05 sr5...no dome lights and maps, home link (mpg reading and clock always reset), and even dash instruments would get all trippy when I turned the car on. For me it was just the 10A fuse under the hood. If you already checked all that, then the only thing I can think of is it's either a short somewhere, or your dome relay under the hood?? Which I checked and a new relay was about $35
I just checked all the fuses, nothing wrong,
I swaped out the relays with the AC115 (same relay) and same thing, no dome/homelink etc... and the AC115 works, so it's not a relay problem.
I did try to bypass the relay with a cable and magic, it all works.
So it looks like the relay is not getting the signal to turn on.
What is sending the signal to that?
I guess I may be good to a trip to the dealer, hopefully still under warranty.

well, I've got a closure for this. I hate when somebody post a problem and never close it out once resolved so here we go.
I dropped off the car at the dealer, they checked and an aftermarket alarm was still installed. When I got the car, I didn't buy the alarm whatever the dealer wanted to sell me, and they said they would remove it.
I said fine, please remove it... and they didn't do it.
Some wires where connected to the Body control Unit and came loose giving the problem. My dealer removed everything for that junk, and the installer of the original alarm and/or the dealer I bought the car from will pick up the bill.
That shows how much you can trust the dealers when they say they'll remove the stuff... they just try to get your money ...

Some dealers in my area install anti-theft systems/alarms into new vehicles on their lots. Most of the time they want $500 or so for these basic alarms. What sucks about it is when the buyer declines the alarm, they dealer will cut the alarm out of the vehicle's harness. It leaves a chopped wiring harness and holes in dash panels from the LED and override button.
