Door locks not working

I am currently on my 3rd door lock/actuator that is not working. Already replaced one and now have two more that are bad. Is there a better actuator than the Toyota one? They are so expensive so trying to figure out what the best route is.

Captain hindsight here, turn off auto locks with key. Dealer scan tool or use Carista with an OBD2 adapter.

You wont find better ones than OEM, and I've installed many professionally.

I am on my 3rd actuator going out. It does not work with any power lock device (fob, button, door handle). I can only manually lock and unlock it.

I have searched all the posts and have only seen two possible solutions... 1. Buying a small actuator motor to replace the existing one. They have used it on certain Lexus vehicles, but they are not sure if it will work on a 4runner. 2. They had a link to a remanufactured actuator on ebay. The ebay item does not exist on the link, so we are unable to see what would work.

Does anyone know how I can find out the part numbers for the actuators that I need?
