I am hoping it will be done by the end of the month, I may not have wheels and tires by then though.
Still trying to figure out what we will do about D-shaft clearance on the transmission crossmember. I know you notched yours, but that was a pretty substantial notch and yours was HP. I would not wan't to do an ever bigger notch than that.

Awesome I'm looking forward to seeing your progress. The notch I put in my crossmember didn't okay out even with the high pinion my drive shaft would still touch it. I didn't want to buy an aftermarket one and didn't want to build one from scratch so I chopped mine and built the brace up and over the drive shaft. Between the brace over the drive shaft and the skid plate connecting the bottom it's plenty strong and will distribute weight out along the skid when I take a hit on it.
There are lots of other options as I'm sure you know but this one was good for me because I already had the metal laying around.

What is the wall thickness on the square tube lowers? I recall seeing a chart somewhere showing more strength at less weight on the square tube.

They are 1/4" wall, they aren't crazy heavy and the square is much cheaper than DOM!

Ride height is going to be tricky, the C/O mount is incorporated into the radius arm mount, so it sits 1" higher than need be. As a result I think we are going to be cutting into the fenders to get it to sit low enough
Temporary upper arm, waiting on correct tube inserts from Ballisitic, but it will be the same style square tubing as the lower

I'm glad to see that I wasn't crazy and alone when I was planning out my SAS with radius arms. I know its tough on bushings but not having to deal with cramming in an upper link and maintaining streetablity is really appealing. Nice build so far man, I'll be watching carefully

Some more progress has been made!
TIG'ed lower links
Uses a Ballistic flex joint on the frame side and a poly bushing on the axle end
Where did you get the ends for the control links? Great build, it's always fun to watch a 3rd gen go under so much custom fabrication!
