Thats what I like to hear!

Ok, FINALLY got them mounted and balanced. Two of em balanced at 4oz and the other two balanced with zero. Slipped my mind that shops won't touch your truck if you're running wheel spacers. I go to Les Schwab and told them from the beginning I was running wheel spacers, they even wrote it on the work order to check the torque on the spacers. I wait over an hour and they come up and tell me they won't touch my truck. Super. They quoted me $165 with new stems. So five shops later I found some awesome guys who put them on with the quickness for $80 out the door!!

ARKRWLR - they seem to run a tad small. They measured 34.5"ish x 12.25"ish. I think I could have fit the 37" flavor, since in the LC guys build he said they measured 36" even. But whatever.

These tires are so much smoother than my old worn MTZ's lol they are quiet and they float on the road. My old, worn out MTZ's made my truck feel every little bump.

On to pics:

Those look great, i am glad you posted up about how much(or little) they took to balance, thats less than my BFGs, way less. Interco has always been known to be a bit erratic on their claimed sizes, the 37" IROK is actually shorter than the 36" IROK! The 36 measures out to be 36.8" tall and the 37 is closer to 36". Either way, they are bad ass, how is the weight of these compared to the MTZ?

Yeah i figured I'd just take the chance. The specs said they measured 34.7" but it's a little less per my measurement. They weigh the exact same as the MTZ @67lbs. These tires are awesome. I can't wait to get them on dirt Friday.

Ive been researching since you and i PM'd the other day about these and discovered they dont sell the ND in a 33 or 285, they do offer the standard IROK radial in a 33x1350 though. What are your thoughts on the ND vs the directional and what are your IROK wearing buddies using? Thats a pretty light 35, i thought they would be heavier!

Ah you're right. They must have discontinued the smaller sizes of the ND. You're running the tundra 17's right? That would be a pretty wide 33". I have 2 friends running the 40" IROK's, another guy I know is the shop owner of that place I went and made those bumpstop lowering brackets. He builds custom bronco's. He swears by the IROK's, he got all excited when I told him I was throwing some on. I dunno, both tires seem to be the exact same (talking radials). The only difference is the ND has one side of lugs in reverse, so there is traction when in reverse as well. Basically, the regular IROK's have the best traction going forward, and the ND's are the best of both worlds, sacrificing a slight bit of forward traction. That would be my understanding.

You might as well bump up to some 315's :naughty:

That... Is... Awesome!!

For some reason the MTZ's look wider, even with the iroks on the truck.

I think they are a little wider actually lol I was thinking the same thing. I hoped they'd be wider, but overall I'm really happy with them. I may have flattened out the MTZ's a bit from how long I've had em on but I dunno.

Yea, I knew they were wider by around 1/4"

I guess so cus they sure as hell look more narrow than the MTZ's

Can't wait to see them up close on the trail with 6psi! If they're too loud for you, I guess I can take them off your hands.

HAH! In your dreams sir, you and your mean pitbull rockers. They're actually REALLY quiet. I can now listen to my exhaust too which I like.

Hey- Andrew might cruise up with us, I'll let you know tomorrow... he's trying to figure out his schedule. But, if he goes, we're going to take 70 through Quincy and meet you guys at the campsite. Just an FYI.
