Drainage on 2002 4R

Any knowledge re: are there drain holes at bottom of front doors ?
These hollows had 2lb of dirt packed in here.
Wondered 18 months ago if this car had been in a flood as there was much silt in the cross tubes at rear end. Silt in door holes had same texture.

Also managed to fix rattly rar view mirror. Posts had it looking like a total pita but with resolve in my mind, it was a 20 minute repair.

After 18 months ownership, I almost like my car now having fixed the crappy steering looseness followed by upgrading to Tundra rotors and 13WSL calipers.

Yes the doors have drain holes, you can see them on the ends and also tucked under the gasket. Being in the rust belt, I spray WD-40 yearly on the inside of the door bottoms thru the drain holes.
