So I finished changing out my TB, Water Pump, Pulleys, drive belts, etc. The truck runs great but my check engine light is on and its throwing the code p0340 for camshaft position sensor. I have looked up other results from this and have tried all the different routes for what it could be, besides actually replacing the sensor itself. All timing marks line up for both cams and crank. Harmonic balancer lines up with TDC when cams line up with their corresponding marks. The Crankshaft position sensor (CPS) is plugged in, and napped tightly and cleaned. just wiped clean with paper towel. I have tried to unplug the battery to clear the codes, no luck. The check engine light is staying on and that is the only code it is throwing... Any expertise would greatly be appreciated with this dilemma. Thanks in advance.
