Just know a lot of is non-functional bling. Most every part in there has heim joints that wear out quickly and squeak like crazy. I wouldn't run UCAs with heims if you paid me.
If I were spending that kind of money, I would get the extended travel, remote resi coilovers and 2.5 resi rear shocks, both with CDC valves, and go with the tubular (or other manuf) UCAs. I would get all the rear links elsewhere.
but will the extended travel kit work with the KDSS ??? I just dont want the extra problems and/or issues with that...
so if not ICON's whos ?? I know total chaos makes the long travel kit
Extended travel with KDSS: Yes. I and probably a hundred other people here run that setup.
TC's front long travel stuff will NOT work with KDSS, none of the long travel rear systems will work with KDSS. You'll have to make fiberglass fenders if you go long travel in front.
TC UCAs are fine, as are Icon's, Camberg, etc. with extended travel coilovers.
um you lost me ... first you say dont use ICONs UCA's and now your saying its fine ????
Yep, meant to say "Icon Tubular" in the last sentence. The tubular ones, besides being cheaper, have urethane/poly bushings, instead of heim joints to connect the UCA to the frame.ICON has two UCAs, the Blinged out Bling Bling stuff that's *enter angelic chorus* BILLET!
and the standard tubular stuff reserved for plebeians who can't afford superfluously unnecessary machined UCA.

I'm still running stock on the rear links, but when I replace them, they will have bushings and/or Johnny Joints.gotcha ... but what about the heim joints on the the pan hard rod, upper and lower control arms ...
