Driver side blinker replacement

Am I able to access the blinker without taking out the battery? Keeps going in and out, probably needs to be replaced. tried messing with the connector with the room I had but no success.

yes, you can replace it without removing the battery.

Man I got the bulb out and it is bad but trying to put the connector back in is thrashing my hand!
