driver window and rear passenger window wont go up or down

I just recently bought a 1991 4 runner, driver and passenger-side window wont go up or down. The other windows in the truck work. Just not those 2. Guy I bought it from said its the window module? He showed me a blue bow with circuits and what not in the back of the truck. any help with this would be awesome. thank you
