Drivers Kick Panel Junction/Fuse Box Question

A couple of questions and thoughts on the drivers side kick panel junction/fuse box.

Looking through the wiring diagram, I don't see that the three circled fuse positions are used on the drivers side kick panel junction/fuse box. It appears the upper-left fuse position goes out through pin #10 of connector 1C, which I'm not able to find anywhere else in the wiring diagrams. I currently have an "add a fuse" plugged in there and TBH I hate it because it's just ugly (read: not factory looking). The other two in the middle row on the bottom go into the Body ECU, so I'm unsure as to their function. It may not be safe to use those for what I want since they don't come out of a connector in the back anyway.

So, my idea is to use that upper-left fuse position as ignition on power for switches and then have it come out of pin #10 of connector 1C instead of the "add a fuse" I have. I'm just wondering if anyone has done this or if my thinking is off?

Also, are these terminals 090-II female type terminals? I think they are the same as the ECU terminals, but I'm not sure if that's the case.

Finally, does anyone know of a splice connector that's out there? I would really like this one wire to go into a connector that then splits into multiple (6 or more) wires. I can always just splice wires together, but that makes it hard to disconnect things down the road. My future self would really appreciate being able to quickly disconnect a plug rather and cut wires apart.

Not an exact copy but shows intended use of ECU-IG can you trace it out in the WD ?

 diag 10 amp ecu-ig

Your version looks like it could power a buss bar rather nicely

I think so too, but would like to keep it as a plug so it's easy to just unplug. Still haven't found a "splice" type plug though.

Do you know if those pins are 090-II type females?

Is there no wire in 1C-10 now? Diagram I tried to post shows G2 G3 H4 all yellow for ABS ,Anti Theft ,Cruise, Locks, Antenna with 10a fuse
It may be an II type but they use several types in the Junction block ..
