Driver's side grab handle questions

I've been searching for a while now, and I can't seem to find the information that I need on the driver's side grab handle mod. It seems like a pretty straightforward installation, which could be why I can't find much information on it. Basically, I just need the last two numbers of the part numbers (the ones that indicate the color; I have an oak interior), and the measurements of the pre-drilled holes if possible.

Do you need an oak grab handle? I have them available from the passenger side for cheaper than the dealer sells them. They come with hardware and covers for $20 shipped

use a razor or even a sharp flat head screwdriver and poke the hole in the headliner, then screw the handle in, simple, quick and easy.
