Drivers window

[GET BENT]

Go figure....! When I wash my '05 4Runner or it rains (not often in Phoenix) my drivers power window will go 1/2 way down and stop. Once it dries it's fine. I can deal with it here in AZ but am moving to Florida next week and it rains all the time there... I sprayed W-D down last week but it rained last night and the problem is back... Any ideas/suggestions?
