Yes, they went through the assembly today to make sure everything was better.

Does anyone have pictures with extra trays and/or crossbars installed? I have a sunroof so I want to leave the front open. Wondering if I can fit two baskets on the back 2/3'rds of the rack or whether I should stick with the single basket. Anyone with a rack installed have input? Thanks.

I do not have extra trays or crossmembers, but I do have sunroof. You can see in the picture below my layout with the front of the tray at the rear of the sunroof. And location of two crossmembers. There is room for 2 trays and probably 3 crossmembers total, 4 crossmembers if you are willing to cover SAT antenna. But you will be drilling extra holes to fit everything.

I'll have a CVT Mt. Denali on mine in a few months. My highlift and krazy beaver shovel fit great! My chainsaw rides in the tray with a fuel can.

I got mine mounted up tonight, don't have any pictures yet. No damage to mine during shipping, but I'll echo the other comments about the poor quality control on the base brackets. Three out of the four of mine needed grinding/hammering/hole enlargement to fit correctly, and even after working them as best as I could I still have 1 thats kinda wonky. I used the aluminum bar trick posted earlier in the thread to get a good surface for the bolts to tighten to. I don't think I'll be able to get it perfectly lined up on all sides, but it will be good enough for me. I also put the rack on by myself, a helper would have definitely made things easier but its doable if you can't find an extra set of hands. Overall I'm happy with the rack, but I do hope they can clean up the base QC issues in the future.

I'll try to get some this weekend. The weather sucks here right now and I don't keep anything on the rack unless we are going somewhere off-road.

Yeah, they are working on getting the angle better and the cuts right. They felt awful about some of the ones that came out bad and are working to make sure it doesn't happen again.

for everyone that has had their rack installed for some time have you noticed any dents near the mounting points? i noticed today that i have 4 total dent 2 on ea side in very similar locations all near the mounting points. i at first thought my installer may have left the dents i jus am now finding it too coincidental that i have all 4 of these dents now all in the areas of where it got mounted........ill post pics to show you but if anyone could chime in if they have had any similar issues I'm anxious to figure the reason behind these dents

Are the dents on the outside edge of the roof? I noticed that I put a small dent in mine prying the caps off the factory rack.
