Any indication that they are shipping everyone a new bottom mount. Just received my today and it is wrong too so seems likely that everyone is going to need a new one.
 
I was just contacted an the ladders did come with the wrong bend. They'll be mailing all those pieces to everyone.
 
Rorck, I ordered/paid an extra tray and bar. It was supposed to be in batch 9. If there are others that need either, feel free to refund me and ship to them to speed up their lag time. I don't think I'll need either.

Same boat here. Received an email last week with a FedEx # that still doesn't have any information available. I've been checking with both FedEx International and domestic and nada.

Since they are coming FedEx it does take a bit longer. They aren't as fast as DHL and unfortunately DHL has put a weight and size limit on what they will ship. This is one of the reasons we've been waiting on another GB. Since FedEx is slower we want to have all the stuff ready so when people put in the order they will ship and get the stuff with a good ETA.

Hi LV4RNRTRAIL, are you sure the top bracket is incorrect? The bottom for sure is, but the top was correct on mine. See pic with it bolted up.

Also those with installation questions, it was best to find where you think it will go, install the top and lower brackets on the door, then bolt the ladder to the brackets. Before final torques on the ladder hardware, you loosen the top and lower brackets from the door and slide them whatever way you need them to go, then final torque all hardware. FYI, after I loosely installed the top ladder bolts to the mount, there was like an inch gap from the ladder and the lower mount. Simply flex the ladder buy pulling it down, a pretty hard tug, and it will pull to a resting point on top of the lower mount.
 
got mine a few hours ago, bottom bracket is incorrect as everyone stated.

think my ladder bent a bit by the top, during transit, cracked powder coat where this supposed bend happened.

Thanks for posting that photo. My top ladder bracket is just like yours. My bottom bracket is just like yours was before you used your skills to flip that bracket angle. I'm impressed ! Great install, all the install angles look nice and straight/level with the vehicle lines. Looks like a new bottom bracket will do it for me. I have no welding skills. Thanks again.

The bracket on the lower left has the flange cut and bend flipped from what is needed, everything else looks good. Do you have the two slim strips of steel like in my pic? You need them for the 3 caps screws on the mount to push against for install so they don't push directly into the doors skin. For the record, I didn't weld it up myself, I took it to a locale shop here so I knew it would be strong. Cost me $30, but worth the piece of mind.

yep same thing happened to me. ordered the 3rd gen rack and received the 5th gen rack. fortunately someone else wanted the 5th gen rack that was local. but i am still waiting on the 3rd gen rack
 
Has anyone received shipping notification for the ladder replacement piece? They where supposed to finish bending them yesterday.
