Eibach needs a stock TRD PRO in SoCal

My concern would be that you would have to go in on 100% stock suspension as there is a chance a dealer would notice the Eibachs and void the warranty for the shock. That and when replaced the Eibachs would no longer fit.

Luckily I can only hear something when I'm driving in parking garage and with no radio or ac running. If radio is on then I never hear it. Not worried at the moment.

Yeah, I haven't heard anything on my 2020 in roughly 18K miles of driving. I don't get in the cold all that often living in Arizona, but I have had the vehicle in ski country a few times and nothing was noticeable.

I think my Land Rover Discovery Sport's suspension is actually noisier in low speed situations than my 4Runner to be honest (can hear it with items like speed bumps for instance).
 
I haven't heard anything on mine but only have 9k miles. But figures...I just installed my springs and now see this....
 
I dealt with this the end of last year/beginning this year with my local dealer and then regional service engineer. Without resolution I went to the NCDS, which is basically a box-checking exercise because NCDS is controlled by the auto industry. Went on to initiate legal action, up to potential buyback against Ohio’s lemon law. TSB is now out, so kind of taking a couple steps back toward resolution with the dealer again.

I don't think the biggest concern is if the warranty is approved, but rather the Eibach springs not working on the TSB replacement parts, and needing to save the Eibach's in an effort to recoupe some cash for the springs in the used market.

Just wondering if there has been any confirmation on a 2019/2020 that has had the TSB yet? I am scheduled to have the TSB work done Wednesday and would be happy to provide before/after photos. Hoping to still have a solution to use the lift springs!

How was the process of getting the tsb taken care of? Any trouble getting them to do the swap? Im recovering from knee surgery so it will be a while before I can get to the dealer but I’m hoping to get it done while its cold out before the clunk subsides. Look forward to finding out about a solution and finally getting these springs.

I was really fortunate and the process was pretty straightforward to get it taken care of. I took a copy of the TSB in when I dropped the car off (thanks to this thread), and although the dealer couldn't replicate the noise they still agreed to order the parts. They are connected with a local shop who has done most of the work on my vehicle, and I think that helped my case.

The interesting thing is they made it sound like the TSB only included swapping out the shocks. Based on some of the earlier posts that the Eibach springs wouldn't work on the new shocks due to the difference in the spring design, I am a bit confused if they actually mean the tsb covers the full front assembly. If they are truly only doing the shocks then I am assuming the Eibach spring design should still work after all. Will report back as I get more details.

No confirmation yet. We've tightened up our R&D garage program for the remainder of the year due to current state and county restrictions.

I had the TSB work finished yesterday and can confirm that the new parts have a different spring and perch design vs the 19-20. It has an open end spring design vs the flat. Once I clean off the car from this Northeast Blizzard I can take some photos haha.
