Eibach Pro-truck lift

Just want to add my little review.

What an upgrade from stock. Fronts were set on the second from bottom perch and rear Toytec Superflex springs were used.

I installed this 2 days before my trip from Orange County CA to Sedona, Flagstaff, and South Rim Arizona. 4 adults in the car and trunk was fully loaded. Even with the full load, did not really notice any reverse rake. Car seems even or with maybe very little forward rake which was my goal.

Right after install, a difference was felt. Steering was more direct and even the turning radius was improved (unsure why). Able to go through dips at 30mph with ease. Could maybe even go faster.

8ish hour drive to AZ was easy. I am on General ATX tires and the ride was smooth.

While in AZ, I did the devils bridge for some slow crawling. Aired down a little and everything was great.

Before leaving, also did Broken Arrow. I was to lazy air down for this trail so I did at 40psi. Glad I did the lift before hitting this trail. Definitely some areas where bumpers could have been scraped/torn and some belly rub. Was able to complete the trail easily and even did Devil's staircase easily.

This isnt like my friend's Tacoma with King 3.0s Long Travel but honestly, this Pro Truck Lift is great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the market for suspension.

Let me know if anyone has any questions. Ill help out as best I can.

Thanks for the product Eibach!

Good review.

LOL, 40 psi even beats me, I do it at 33 which is what I run on the street (P-metric ATs). But no lift is needed for Broken Arrow or any other Sedona trail :) No need to tell your family that though :)

I put this set up on a few weeks ago, am I’m very happy with it. I’ll write a full review of it as soon as I have some time to get pictures together. It’s a pretty new system to the market, but it’s a well known company and someone has to be the first to jump in the pool!

I feel as though it rides better then stock. I’ve heard a lot of complaints about 5100 feeling stiff, and I get none of that. I have 500 miles on it now and the front seems to have settled a bit. I also haven’t tested them much off pavement yet.

So far, I would highly suggest if you’re looking for a good ride, slight lift & level. You only need what comes in the kit, no diff drop or anything else.

Any issue without the diff drop? How are your CV boot angles?

I did the staircase stock two weeks ago but without a spotter. I would not recommend it. Everything else was good to go.

Im not running a diff drop, put almost 10k on the lift (drive a lot) and no issue. I was concerned if i would need one or not and could find no info on it, the half shafts look fine from what i have seen, but have no done any major "flex". Personally think a diff drop is sake oil. Adding a 1" shim adds little to the half shaft angles. If i eat up the half shaft, i will change it. If i was to go " overland" not trail riding, i would have a spare anyway.
