Electric fan mod write up and pics
I was skeptical at first but it was way cheaper than replacing the plastic fan blade that exploded due to a poorly placed radiator hose clamp. 126.00 bucks from the dealership and from what i found its a dealer only item. After Install and test I'm completly sold on this change up. Slightly better mpg, quieter running engine, cooler running A/C in the heat, less mud splatter in engine bay durring offroading, cooler temps when idling down the trail. can be controlled on by a manual switch on thermostate switch, and can be run with the engine off so if you overheat you can cool the radiator down with the fan without the motor running!! love it wish i would've considered it sooner!!! way cheaper than replacing factory fan clutch and fan blade assembly

@gaterose...see his link he's got a writeup with pics there. Cool mod usually people replace the shroud and run dual efans. Never seen an efan with the shroud there still but cool mod. More horsepower and mpg's is always a bonus

I wouldve but it takes to long to load photos i already had them over there just wanted to make it easy to find if someone else wanted to do it..
