Electric Seat Question

Just wanted to say hi to everyone and I really like this thread over the TTORA website no help there....

QUESTION:
My Driver Side Seat the Lower Back Bolster doesn't work, the switch is plugged in but doesn't work...

CAN ANYONE HELP

QUESTION 2:

Wanting new Shocks does anyone have any reccomendations

My power lumbar does not work either. Apparently it is a common thing on 4Runner. Have searched the threads here but none had a fix or why they all seem to go out.
